JOB TITLE: RESEARCHER

JOB LOCATION: Meridian, ID (In-office)

DEPARTMENT: Production

REPORTS TO: Team Lead Manager

JOB TYPE: Full-Time | 40 hours week | Monday through Friday

PAY RANGE: $20,000 annually (paid at an hourly rate of $9.62) + Bi-Weekly Commission + Quarterly Bonus ($21 per hour during training) | Non-Exempt


We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Researcher to join our team. This role requires strong investigative skills, a sharp eye for accuracy, and the ability to uncover critical information efficiently and precisely. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to verify identities, discover assets, and compile detailed reports using a combination of online databases, privileged research applications, and creative problem-solving techniques.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform research and investigate the identity of a defined subject or person using online databases and privileged research applications.
  • Accurately document findings and provide detailed, well-organized reports that align with company standards.
  • Follow specific research standards and expectations while using critical thinking to go beyond conventional methods.
  • Analyze and synthesize large amounts of data to verify key details and uncover relevant insights.
  • Maintain open communication with team members and leadership regarding case progress and findings.
  • Consistently meet performance metrics related to research accuracy, efficiency, and case resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and handle priority cases effectively. 
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls as part of daily tasks. 
  • Excellent communication and research skills. 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • High attention to detail with the ability to review and correct errors accurately. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Willingness to learn and work with JIRA and other relevant tools
