Your Role
We’re looking for Loan Originators who:
- Build and grow referral networks in their community
- Know how to turn conversations into closings
- Want full control of their pipeline and income
- Are ready to scale something meaningful in 2026
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, backed by leadership and infrastructure that actually supports growth.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 3+ years of residential mortgage origination experience
- Active NMLS license (unique ID required) in at least one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, ME, MD, MI, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA
- A self-driven, relationship-focused mindset
- The desire to build a long-term business — not just close transactions
