Key Responsibilities
- Business & Revenue Ownership
Commercial P&L: Take full ownership of the agency's revenue, client retention, and profitability. Your success will be measured by the scale and health of this business unit. Go-to-Market Strategy: Design the offering, pricing, and sales strategy for the agency services, effectively acquiring high-value digital advertising clients. Product/Service Roadmap: Continuously iterate on our service offerings to ensure we're delivering maximum, measurable ROI and staying ahead of market demand. Recruitment & Scaling: Justify, hire, and manage a small, high-performing team of specialists as the business scales, ensuring every hire directly contributes to revenue growth.
- Client Performance & Execution
Hands-On Strategy: While you will lead, you must be prepared to be deeply hands-on in the early stages—designing campaign strategies, setting up complex funnels, and troubleshooting performance issues. Client Advocacy: Serve as the strategic face of the agency for our most important clients. Ensure every client relationship is driven by transparency and a relentless focus on their business outcomes. Data-Driven Results: Establish a rigorous system for tracking, analyzing, and reporting campaign performance, ensuring every dollar spent delivers maximum return on ad spend.
- Operational Scrappiness
Process Creation: Build and document simple, efficient processes for everything from media buying QA to client onboarding. We need clear frameworks, not bureaucratic systems. Tool Stack Optimization: Identify and implement the essential technology and tools (reporting, analytics, management) needed to maximize team output without overspending.
Qualifications:
*3+ years of hands-on, high-performance experience in digital advertising (agency or in-house). We need an expert who knows how to make campaigns profitable.
*Proven commercial instincts: You've contributed to a P&L or have direct experience in sales, business development, or owning a budget. Expert-level knowledge of major digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and advanced proficiency in web analytics (GA4).
*The entrepreneurial mindset—you are resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward action, and eager for the responsibility and reward of building something from scratch.
