About the Role:

As a Sales Associate in the retail trade industry, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience that drives sales and fosters customer loyalty. Your role involves understanding customer needs, providing detailed product information, and assisting with purchases to meet both customer satisfaction and store sales goals. You will maintain the presentation and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are attractively displayed and inventory is well-stocked. Additionally, you will handle transactions accurately and efficiently, while also addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success and reputation of the retail establishment by creating a welcoming and efficient shopping environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Basic knowledge of the products sold within the store.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages to assist a diverse customer base.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to meet or exceed sales targets and store objectives.
