About the role
Responsible for advertising sales department’s proposals, network information, tracking and reporting all weekly and end of month numbers, projections, updating inventory reports and answering incoming calls as a company representative.
- What you'll do
· Creates outgoing proposals.
· Compiles Neilsen numbers or ComScore numbers and information for Account Executives.
· Compiles insertion orders and folders when needed.
· May work with Business Manager on accounts receivables.
· Makes media kits.
· Updates prospect kits.
· Performs other functions than may be assigned by supervisor.
· May involve some travel.Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role
Qualifications
3-5 years general office/clerical experience preferred.
Knowledge of linear and digital advertising functions and terms.
Very detail oriented.
Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge with Pilot Ad Software.
