About this position
Summary: Assist in the sale of Lockmasters’ products, primarily door packages, to the current customer base, respond to customer while projecting a professional company image through phone and written interactions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following:
- Learn to process customer orders, preferably with the ability to upsell and generate add-on sales
- Provide quotes, process customer orders, enter purchase orders
- Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
- Follow up on customer inquiries/quotes
- Delivery of parts, as needed, to Production Shop
- Utilization of Salesforce.com as CRM to capture customer notes/details
- Recommend process improvements
- Assist in negotiating with freight companies on door freight, resolve any issues
- Assist in returning product when needed
- Work with other sales and customer service staff and provide assistance when needed
- Log-in to phone system
- Other duties as assigned by Estimators and Production Manager
Skills / Trainings / Certifications / Degrees
- Ability to use PC and learn company computer system
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and Salesforce.com / CRM
- Excellent phone skills

- High School Diploma or GED
