Do you have a passion for safety, supervision, and supporting individuals in a structured environment? We are seeking a Residential Services Coordinator II Transport to join our team and play a critical role in safely transporting individuals served to off-site locations while providing supervision, engagement, and accountability. This is a hands-on role that combines safety, support, and meaningful interaction with the persons we serve.
What Youll Do
- Safely
transport individuals served to medical visits, psychological consults,
specialized treatments, court appearances, and other assigned off-site
locations.
- Monitor
the environment and well-being of individuals served during transport and
on-site activities.
- Observe
behaviors and provide verbal de-escalation, redirection, and supportive
guidance as needed.
- Maintain
awareness of environmental safety and track concerns related to equipment,
systems, and physical structures.
- Write
reports on off-site activities, incidents, and other relevant
observations.
- Communicate
routine changes, environmental updates, and activity adjustments to
individuals served.
- Collaborate
with clinical and medical team members during emergency responses to
ensure safety, including managing disruptive or potentially harmful
behaviors.
- Interact
professionally with the public during off-site transport activities while
modeling supportive and therapeutic engagement.
What Were Looking For
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Licenses/Certifications
- Must meet minimum age requirements as defined by the State certification/licensing authority or contract (required).
- Valid state drivers license with a verifiable favorable driving record (required).
- Academy-trained in safety or security procedures (preferred).
