About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our 128 Rooms department as a Housekeeping team member. This full-time, hourly position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests. What You'll Do

  • Perform daily room cleaning tasks, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Restock room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and other essentials.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used properly and maintained for optimal performance.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a hygienic and secure environment.
  • Respond to guest requests for additional items or services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency.
  • Participate in occasional deep cleaning or special projects as needed to uphold standards.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks within set timeframes.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
