About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our 128 Rooms department as a Housekeeping team member. This full-time, hourly position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to creating a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests. What You'll Do
- Perform daily room cleaning tasks, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Restock room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and other essentials.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used properly and maintained for optimal performance.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a hygienic and secure environment.
- Respond to guest requests for additional items or services in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency.
- Participate in occasional deep cleaning or special projects as needed to uphold standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks within set timeframes.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
