Primary Responsibilities: To serve food, drinks, and to accommodate guests' needs in a courteous and timely manner by following Wild Eggs service steps and service standards.

• Greet guests and provide menu recommendations and answer questions about dishes.
• Take food and beverage orders from customers accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely, professional manner
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
• Work effectively with kitchen staff to ensure proper food delivery
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Physical stamina to stand, walk and carry plates for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• ServSafe Certification (may be obtained upon hiring)
