CNA Responsibilities:
- Provide care within the training limitations of a CNA for both home health and hospice patients in their place of residence, including all covered aide services under the Medicare home health and hospice benefits.
- Assist patients with daily living skills to meet the patient’s needs in accordance with assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management.
- Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Interact well with patient, family, physicians, Interdisciplinary Team members and other healthcare professionals.
- Observe patients, reporting and documenting observations and care performed.
- Complete all documentation and charting accurately and in a timely manner
- Demonstrate appropriate and safe knowledge/use of equipment (wheelchair, hospital bed, side rails, wheelchairs, oxygen, etc.) within training limitation.
Schedule:
Flexible schedule options. Accepting part time candidates that could work into full-time
Licenses Required:
- Active Utah CNA certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Valid Utah driver license with car insurance
