Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000 for Qualified Candidates
Pay Range: $65,000 – $100,000+ per year (Hourly Pay + Performance Incentives + Bonuses)

We are hiring an experienced Sewer Install Technician / Lead Installation Plumber to manage residential sewer, water service, and excavation projects. This role is ideal for a licensed plumber with leadership experience who wants consistent work, strong pay, and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Perform residential sewer line and water service installations
Lead and coordinate sewer and excavation installation projects
Operate excavators, trenchers, and hand tools safely
Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes and company standards
Communicate job status, timelines, and solutions with homeowners
Troubleshoot installation issues and recommend corrective solutions
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
Mentor and assist junior installation technicians
Lift and carry plumbing materials up to 75 lbs as required
Required Qualifications
Active Journeyman Plumbing License
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proven experience with sewer and water service installations
Experience operating excavation equipment preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lead installation crews and manage job timelines
Physically able to perform job duties safely
Availability Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
