About this position
Three Rivers Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced WISe Program Manager to lead our Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) program. This leadership role ensures the delivery of high quality, family centered behavioral health services for children, youth, and families with complex needs. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical knowledge, leadership experience, and a passion for collaborative, community based care.
About the Role
The WISe Program Manager oversees daily program operations, supervises clinical staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes positive outcomes for the families we serve. This position works closely with community partners and internal leadership to maintain excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily WISe program operations including intake, assessment, service planning, and monitoring
- Develop and implement program policies in alignment with WISe guidelines and Department of Health standards
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, regulations, and contractual obligations
Team Leadership & Clinical Oversight
- Provide individual and group supervision to WISe staff including Coordinators, Peer Supports, Behavioral Interventionists, and Counselors
- Facilitate team meetings, case consultations, and clinical reviews
- Review and approve Cross System Care Plans and monitor client progress
Support staff with assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention guidance
Community Collaboration
- Maintain partnerships with schools, juvenile justice, community agencies, and service providers
- Participate in interagency meetings and advocate for client needs
- Promote program visibility through community events and outreach
Documentation & Compliance
- Enure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation and outcome measures
- Prepare reports, data summaries, and program evaluations
- Oversee timecards, mileage audits, and case rate billing reports
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Training & Development
- Develop and implement onboarding and training for new staff
- Provide ongoing coaching, evaluation, and professional development opportunities
- Support a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- 2 to 3 years of behavioral health experience serving children, youth, and families
- Minimum 1 year experience in a WISe direct support services role
- Knowledge of WISe principles, wraparound process, and trauma informed care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Licensure such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent
