Automotive Sales Associate – No Experience Needed

$3,000 – $10,000 per Month (Hourly + Commission + Bonuses)

Plus: Uncapped commissions & performance bonuses
Earning Potential: $3,000 – $10,000 per month depending on performance

What You’ll Actually Do

Connect with customers and help them find the right vehicle
Learn how to present vehicles and explain pricing clearly
Conduct test drives
Guide customers through the buying process
Build relationships that create repeat business

We teach the system. You bring the energy.

What We’re Looking For

18+ years old
Valid California driver’s license
Strong communication skills
Positive, coachable attitude
Willing to work weekends

Sales experience is NOT required.
