What You'll Do
- Lead daily residential operations
- Supervise and coach direct care staff
- Ensure a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment
- Collaborate with Probation and case managers
- Oversee documentation, compliance, and reporting
- Respond to behavioral incidents using de-escalation and clear boundaries
Who You Are
- Experienced with justice-involved or high-risk youth
- Confident supervising staff in a 24/7 setting
- Organized and strong with documentation
- Calm and decisive during crises
- Grounded in trauma-informed care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Residential or transitional housing experience strongly preferred
- Valid CA Driver's License
