Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. This role will be a critical connective tissue within our organization, supporting the VP of Strategic Growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for both data and creative problem-solving. You will play a key role in optimizing our sales processes, both for new clients as well as the expansion of wallet share with existing clients, equipping our sales and account management teams with the tools they need to succeed, and fostering seamless collaboration across our cross-functional teams of marketing, design and estimating.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement & Content Development

  • Partner with the VP of Strategic to develop, execute, and manage the company’s sales enablement strategy and roadmap.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of compelling RFP responses, proposals, and sales presentations that are tailored to the unique needs of our clients in the experiential marketing space.
  • Create, manage, and maintain a comprehensive library of sales collateral, including case studies, white papers, and other enablement materials that showcase our expertise in designing and building branded environments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and create targeted content for key accounts.
  • Develop and manage high-impact sales enablement tools, including playbooks, messaging frameworks, competitive insights, and customer engagement resources that help Sales open doors and accelerate pipeline.
  • Partner with our sales, marketing and design teams to support customer meetings, presentations, and ad hoc requests while driving sales growth through competitive insights and tailored solutions.
  • Partner with our account managers, marketing and design teams to support initiatives providing fresh ideas and perspectives to our clients.

Sales Operations & Analytics

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, uncover areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide visibility into sales performance.
  • Support the executive consultants with data-driven insights to inform their knowledge of their industry / vertical, territory planning, account targeting, and overall sales strategy.
  • Manage and optimize our sales technology stack, including our CRM platform, to ensure it is being used effectively and is providing maximum value to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to build customized programs that address specific customer needs and growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a central hub contact and a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments, including Design, Estimating, Marketing, and Key Account Management.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process from initial contact to project execution.
  • Support the VP of Strategic in various organizational tasks, including meeting preparation, project management, and other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably within an experiential marketing agency, creative agency, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to work with and analyze data to drive insights and inform business decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
  • Ability and drive to roll up your sleeves to get the work done. We are a small team and are very hands on in terms of project execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel). Proficiency in adobe creative suite preferred. 
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across different teams and departments.
