What will you do? As a Peer Counselor at Aspire Health Partners, your jobpurpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions to workcollaboratively with program participants.

These functions include:

• Providing directsupport to program participants.
• Working withmulti-disciplinary teams to gather information and provide the best wraparoundcare possible for clients.
• Documentingclearly and effectively in the Electronic Health Record.
• Following allprogram specific protocols in relation to specified role, maintaining fidelityto program model.
• Maintaining allrequired credentials necessary to perform job functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Specializedcertification as a Peer Recovery Specialist or Parent Coach may also berequired, based on specific program.
• Pass a Level IIBackground clearance
• Pass a MotorVehicle Records clearance
