Job Summary: Responsible for safely delivering orders to our guests in the time quoted with friendly, helpful, and uncompromising guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Checks order for completeness before leaving restaurant.
- Obtains full menu knowledge.
- Delivers food and beverages to our guests.
- Follows all rules of the road (exercising extreme caution in densely populated areas).
- Provides excellent guest service at each delivery – friendly, warm, sincere.
- Repeats all orders to guests to ensure they are complete.
- Keeps station clean at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Adheres to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
