Job Title: Insurance Data Processor


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurately upload and process new business/renewal submissions, endorsements, and documentation into the insurer’s portal and internal systems in a timely manner.
  • Review and validate underwriting documentation for completeness and accuracy before processing.
  • Liaise with brokers/producers and team members to follow up on missing or incomplete underwriting information.
  • Liaise with brokers/producers and team members to follow up on outstanding payments and accounts receivable
  • Coordinate with insurance company underwriters to resolve data discrepancies or outstanding submission requirements.
  • Perform data entry and processing within delegated underwriting authority limits as assigned by management.
  • Review data inputs for accuracy, coverage details, applicable discounts, and compliance with broker instructions.
  • Support the underwriting team in various administrative tasks and data management projects.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions, webinars, or seminars as directed by management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
