Welder-Fabricator

Cast-Crete USA, LLC is Florida's leading manufacturer and distributor of precast and prestressed products with branch operations located throughout the state. Our production facility and corporate headquarters are located in the Tampa area.

We need someone who is accountable and of high character.

They must have great problem solving and people skills and able to follow instructions as well as communicate those instructions.

It will also require strong physical stamina, attention to detail and an interest in safety.

We're looking for individuals who can lift up to 50 pounds and work inside our shop.

We need hard workers who are willing to learn and work safely.

Prior experience in fabrication is required.

A leadership background in construction, welding, and forklifting experience are preferable, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of environmental regulations, standards and procedures as well as specific local regulations in assigned facility.
• Can read blue prints
• Can read tape measure
• Can weld pipe

What You Need to Know:

• Extended hours may be required during peak production.
• Must be able to work any shift and up to 12-hour shifts.
• Some heavy lifting may be necessary.
• Working conditions can be noisy, dusty, hot, cold.
