About this position

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Operations Manager to be both a player and coach in delivering daily  

excellence and acting as a change agent to drive process improvements in the invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other business process activities of our fast-growing services business.


The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll support business operations by performing key business process activities, coaching others on who perform the same or related activities and working cross-functionally to drive end-to-end business process and data improvements. Projects may include accelerating the speed of high-quality invoicing, driving upstream improvements in service call time tracking and inventory data quality, and driving automation opportunities both internally and with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations for invoicing, customer portal information management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Work cross functionally to design and deliver end-to-end business process improvements to streamline workflow and enhance customer experience
  • Deliver daily reporting of key process health indicators
  • Execute transactions and improve data quality as part of the overall team capacity
  • Collaborate with internal departments and the General Manager to ensure alignment across dispatch, inventory management, customer-facing technicians, procurement, and other administrative functions
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience driving process improvements as an Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable processes and financial documentation.
  • Experience operating in a service-oriented business is strongly preferred
  • Track record of driving business process and data improvements
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an ability to work independently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • Experience with data entry is a plus.

Salary Information

$60000 - $85000 Annual Salary
