Dynamic contract manufacturing company looking for a dedicated sales professional to join our growing team in a critical Account Management role. Position will be focused on driving account growth, developing relationships, and leading the overall success for customers of across each of our CNC, Fabrication, Tooling, and Stamping divisions to achieve growth goals.
Position will also carry some business development and prospect pipeline responsibilities.
This role will strongly influence the customer experience and relationship model between operations and key customers. Travel as needed may fluctuate with business needs (not to exceed 30% on average).

Ideal candidates with have strong experience in account management, preferrably within the metals, contract manufacturing, or industrial environment.
Position Accountable For:
- Front line account growth, and sales generation, customer relationships
- Assist in identifying, targeting, carving out key accounts
- Leverage company diversity to maximize depth of account
- Facilitate quote opportunities, and new project launch
- Assist with margin / part analysis
- Creating best in class customer experience & industry relationships

Requirements
Required:
- 3+ years account managament or sales experience in a metals, manufacturing, or industrial space preferred; however, less experienced candidates encouraged to apply - willing to train the motivated!
- Experience selling within a precision Machining, Stamping, or Tooling environment helpful.
- Must excel at and enjoy, relationship building
- Should have some mechanical aptitude
- Ability to travel periodically as needed
