What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist patients and families with warmth and compassion.
- Record vital signs, collect and prepare lab specimens, and maintain accurate EHR documentation (Athena experience preferred).
- Assist providers with exams, vaccinations, and minor procedures.
- Administer medications and immunizations under provider direction.
- Relaying diagnostic tests and assessment results to healthcare professionals.
- Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered (RMA - AMT or AAH) or Certified (CMA - AAMA) Medical Assistant.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical assistant role (pediatric experience a plus).
- Current BLS certification.
- Proficiency i electronic health record systems. Athena preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, family-focused environment.
