What You'll Do: 

As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in promoting residents' health and well-being. Your key responsibilities include: 

• Direct Resident Care: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and communication.
• Environmental Support: Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their rooms and common areas, and assist with laundry.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with facility staff, residents, and their families to ensure high-quality care. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Who We're Looking For: 

We're seeking hands-on professionals with: 

• Required: High school graduate or higher and pass State required background check.
• Preferred: Current CNA license/certificate.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Caregiver in a residential care, assisted living, or memory care facility is preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with current federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English, multitasking, and teamwork abilities.
