About the role
- The Dishwasher position is a support role within the Culinary Team. Their primary responsibility is to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, adhering to all protocols for the sanitization of caféwares.
What you'll do
- ·Sanitize the caféwares and kitchen utensils following all sanitization guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station.
- Transport trash/refuse to appropriate bins both inside and outside of building.
- Handle café wares with care.
- Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.
- Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.
- Communicate clearly and effectively

Qualifications
- Able to work a schedule that includes Tuesday & Thursday thru Saturdays.
- Specialty coffee experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations.
- Availability for nights and weekends.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift
