Job Title: Community Marketing & Affinity Program Manager
Rycor HVAC, the leading installer of ducted and ductless heat pumps for heating and cooling systems in the Northeast, is seeking a motivated and community-oriented Community Marketing & Affinity Program Manager. This role blends strategic program development with grassroots outreach to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer loyalty through trusted local relationships and community engagement. The ideal candidate is both a persuasive communicator and a resourceful marketer, capable of representing the Rycor brand across a variety of channels and audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Ambassador & Community Representation
- Represent Rycor at local trade shows, educational seminars, expos, and community events to promote our products and mission.
- Build awareness and educate consumers and partners on the benefits of ductless mini-split systems and available incentives.
- Serve as a trusted face of the brand in both formal and informal community settings.
Affinity Program Management & Client Leverage
- Establish and manage partnerships with HOAs, PTAs, retirement communities, and other local organizations to build affinity marketing channels.
- Design and manage programs that leverage commercial clients and business partners to generate residential leads.
- Create referral programs targeting satisfied residential and commercial customers.
- Work closely with our third-party marketing group to develop co-branded materials, educational content, and program collateral.
- Keep affinity and referral partners informed about product updates, pricing changes, and seasonal offers.
Grassroots & Local Guerrilla Marketing
- Manage and grow location-specific social media channels to engage with local audiences and promote Rycor’s presence.
- Plan and participate in hyperlocal marketing campaigns, volunteer events (e.g., Habitat for Humanity, food pantries), and other community initiatives.
- Identify and execute low-cost, high-impact tactics to increase local brand visibility and drive leads.
- Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute local promotional events, workshops, and virtual sessions to attract qualified homeowner leads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to align campaign execution with business objectives.
Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor the performance of all affinity and community-driven programs, including lead conversion rates, ROI, and engagement.
- Analyze data to refine marketing strategies and continuously improve program effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in affinity marketing, field marketing, or community outreach
- Strong relationship-building and public speaking skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple programs simultaneously
- Familiarity with social media management, CRM platforms, and data reporting tools
- Experience working with external marketing vendors or agencies is a plus
