What You’ll Do as a Plumber:
- Run residential plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls
- Diagnose issues and present repair and replacement options
- Educate customers and recommend solutions that fit their needs
- Perform high-quality repairs and installations
- Clear drains and main lines using professional equipment
- Document work using Service Titan
- Maintain a professional appearance and company equipment
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For in our next Plumber:
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Tradesman License
- 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
- Comfortable earning through performance-based pay
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, goal-driven, team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
