Position Overview:
We are looking for a Full-Time Server to join our dining team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with seniors, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive service to residents and guests during meal timesTake and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptlyMaintain a clean and organized dining areaAssist residents with menu selections and special dietary needsCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal serviceFollow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience preferred, but we will train the right candidateCompassionate and patient demeanorStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a team-oriented environmentMust be available for scheduled hours (7:00 AM – 2:30 PM) in Columbus, OH
