About the Role

We are looking for a GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant who will serve as a customer-facing Funnel Specialist. This role requires excellent spoken English, confidence on calls, and the ability to professionally represent the company when speaking with prospects and clients.

The ideal candidate understands how a sales funnel works and can help move leads smoothly from inquiry to conversion through consistent follow-ups, CRM management, and clear communication.

Core Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Qualification

  • Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries
  • Qualify leads based on provided criteria
  • Schedule discovery calls and consultations
  • Ensure leads are properly tagged and updated in the CRM
  • Follow up consistently to move prospects through the funnel

2. Customer-Facing Communication

  • Conduct introductory and follow-up calls with prospects
  • Answer questions about services and next steps
  • Handle basic objections professionally
  • Maintain a polished and confident presence on video calls
  • Provide a high-quality client experience at every touchpoint

3. CRM & Pipeline Organization

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Document call notes and next steps clearly
  • Track deal stages and ensure no leads fall through the cracks
  • Support reporting on funnel performance

4. Process Support & Optimization

  • Identify gaps or bottlenecks in the funnel
  • Suggest improvements to follow-up processes
  • Assist with basic automation or workflow updates if needed

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent spoken English with neutral accent
  • Confident and professional on Zoom or client calls
  • Experience in sales support, lead generation, or CRM management
  • Familiar with sales funnels and pipeline stages
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners or decision-makers

Tools (Preferred but Not Required)

  • HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel or other CRM systems
  • Calendly or scheduling tools
  • Zoom or Google Meet
  • Basic automation tools (Zapier, workflows, etc.)
