What You’ll Do

• Lead and support technicians during daily operations
• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles
• Diagnose & repair light-, medium-, and heavy‑duty trucks
• Complete engine & component repairs
• Perform computer diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting
• Assist with workflow, quality control, and shop efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ of hands-on technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Leadership ability or interest in leading a team
• ASE certifications (preferred but not required)
• Technical schooling or equivalent experience
• Reliable, motivated, and team‑focused

Position Details

• Full‑time, in-person
• Monday–Friday, day shift (8 hours)
• Commission opportunities + signing bonus
