Pool Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Pool Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on swimming pools. This role involves servicing pool equipment, balancing water chemistry, and diagnosing equipment issues.

This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and enjoys working outdoors.

Pay: $18–$35 per hour + overtime opportunities

Schedule

Full-time seasonal position (April–November)

Monday–Friday

Overtime potential during peak season

ResponsibilitiesPerform pool maintenance and service visits

Diagnose and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing

Test and balance pool water chemistry

Inspect pool equipment for proper operation

Identify repair needs and report findings

Maintain service records and communicate with customers

QualificationsExperience with pool maintenance or service work

Mechanical troubleshooting ability

Basic knowledge of pool equipment and water chemistry

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
