Pay: $7.25/hr + Tips

Little Ruby’s Dallas, part of our growing café brand, is looking for a Bartender to join our vibrant team. If you enjoy crafting drinks, connecting with guests, and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming, enjoyable experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to deliver seamless service
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management
• Support the team during busy service periods with a positive, proactive attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending or high-volume service experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail techniques, and responsible alcohol service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
