 Work Schedule: Flexible hours are available! Able to work starting at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required, based on café hours and availability.

Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using Harmony Restaurants' core values.
• Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality to every guest who visits our café.
• Prepare fresh ingredients for food and smoothies.
• Assemble and serve smoothies and meals to Tropical Smoothie Café standards.
• Follow proper sanitation and food safety practices during food prep and service.
• Set up and monitor smoothie and food workstations.
• Maintain a clean and organized café, including kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and workstations.
• Operate the POS register system accurately, take guest orders, and handle cash responsibly.
• Adhere to all brand safety and security policies.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support café operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.

• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and calm demeanor.
• Safely navigate and operate within a fast-paced environment.
