About this position
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on various metals, including mild steel (¼”, 7-gauge, and 11-gauge), in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions while maintaining high precision and efficiency
- Operate power and hand tools, measuring devices, grinders, and welding instruments throughout the fabrication process
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, tape measures, and written work instructions
- Inspect and test finished products in accordance with established inspection procedures
- Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting quality standards and production deadlines
- Support multiple areas of the production floor as required to meet operational needs
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Minimum of two (2) years of MIG welding experience
- Ability to stand, kneel, and squat for the duration of the shift
- Willingness to submit to and successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
