Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday (Monday–Saturday during summer season)
- Work performed outdoors
- On-the-road position (company vehicle provided)

Position Overview
No prior pool experience? No problem. We will train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform weekly commercial pool cleaning and maintenance
- Test and properly balance pool water chemistry
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment
- Identify and report equipment issues
- Manage truck inventory and supplies
- Maintain accurate service records using the Zuper mobile platform
- Identify upsell opportunities when appropriate
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required)
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong time management skills
- Comfortable handling pool chemicals
Preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification
- Customer service experience
