We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our growing team in Ypsilanti.

Starting at $17.13/hour
Increase to $17.33/hour upon completion of training
$500 Sign-On Bonus
$250 after 30 days or 120 hours of employment
$250 after completing required training and meeting staffing ratio requirements

Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Key Responsibilities
Provide daily care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in a small group home setting
Assist with meal preparation, serving, and dining support
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
Administer medications as prescribed
Encourage participation in engaging activities that promote socialization and overall well-being
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (must be 18 years or older)
Valid driver's license or state ID
Ability to pass a criminal background check
