With a dynamic work environment that ensures no two days are the same, you’ll thrive in a place that values growth, impact, and variety.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding & Training:New Hire Integration: Coordinate and conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new security personnel, ensuring they are well-acquainted with company policies, site-specific procedures, and safety protocols. Training Oversight: Develop and implement training programs that cover operational procedures, emergency response, and client-specific requirements. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, certifications, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Policy Enforcement: Ensure all security personnel adhere to company policies, site-specific procedures, and legal regulations. Incident Management: Investigate breaches of conduct or performance issues, documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions. Disciplinary Actions: Administer disciplinary measures, including counseling, written warnings, and terminations, in collaboration with Human Resources and in accordance with company guidelines. Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes and address grievances to maintain a harmonious work environment. Payroll Support: Collaborate with payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on staffing, training, and disciplinary actions to senior management. We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in security operations, human resources, or a related administrative role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment and interview procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and scheduling software.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Stays calm and professional under pressure.
