Job Summary

The System Engineer will work collaboratively with departments throughout Hawx to build scalable systems that will reduce manual processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse software platforms to create solutions to our business challenges and capitalize on opportunities. The core focus of this role will be writing code to integrate various software applications. Other opportunities within this role will include developing skills related to workflows within our CCSAAS platform, data engineering/architecture, and/or supporting Hawx Operation through solving critical IT problems. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a multi-faceted technology domain.

  • $60,000 - $65,000
  • Work Location (Ogden, UT)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain workflow features with JavaScript, Soap XML, XML, HTTPS & Python
  • Own quality assurance — testing, code quality, and application reliability
  • Prepared to report to leadership — demonstrations of deliverables
  • Ready to provide any support to leaders and field operations impacted by software deployments

  • Tech Literate: Proficient with commonly used documents and software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and capable of learning new software in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is a plus.
