While we currently focus primarily on the HME (Home Medical Equipment) and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) industries, we are exploring and developing additional applications of our solutions to broader problems within healthcare, finance, and beyond.


Position Summary: The RCM Solutions Consultant serves as a strategic advisor connecting prospective customers, existing clients, and our internal teams to drive successful sales and seamless implementations. This essential role combines deep revenue cycle management expertise, consultative selling skills, and software implementation experience. Reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, this position supports the sales team by translating client challenges into tailored solution strategies through product demonstrations, proposal development, and thorough preliminary implementation planning. The ideal candidate will ensure customer success remains central throughout the entire sales cycle, creating a value-driven buying experience that differentiates Notable Systems in the marketplace.


Job Duties: 

  • Join sales executives on prospect calls to provide solution expertise and credibility

  • Research prospect companies before sales meetings to identify product categories, potential pain points and opportunities

  • Lead discovery sessions with potential clients to diagnose RCM pain points

  • Articulate our solutions' value proposition and ROI through compelling presentations

  • Facilitate solution demonstrations tailored to prospect-specific needs and use cases

  • Build rapport with prospective clients as a DME reimbursement authority and trusted advisor

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on DME/HME billing systems and DME/HME RCM workflows to address technical questions during sales interactions

  • Collaborate with sales to create customized proposals that address specific prospect challenges with our solutions

  • Once contracts are signed, facilitate smooth hand-offs of new clients to the implementation team, including collaboration on customized implementation strategies

  • Stay informed and maintain expertise on all current and upcoming product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients

  • Participate in prospecting activities including industry events and trade shows, webinars, and demonstrations

  • Travel up to 25% - 50% of the time to visit prospects and clients


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in DME/HME revenue cycle management

  • Experience with RCM billing platforms, such as NikoHealth, Brightree, and Bonafide

  • Exceptional communication skills for both executive-level and operational conversations, including strong presentation and consultative selling abilities

  • Ability to analyze data, create visualizations and flowcharts, and identify process optimization opportunities

  • Creative mindset to develop new and innovative solutions for clients

  • Capable of setting priorities and driving projects forward with little to no guidance

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new product features and offerings in rapidly evolving technology environment

  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.  We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a sales or customer success capacity

  • Project management expertise, particularly in software implementation

  • Bachelor's degree
