Description:
Dasmen Residential is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant who will be based out of our Ramsey, NJ Head Quarters and assist with our properties remotely.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct virtual tours and answer questions about property features, availability, and pricing.
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing application process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure all documents are submitted and applications are completed.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the property management system.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to confirm unit availability, pricing, and move-in schedules.
- Assist with resident renewals and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years of sales experience required.

Salary: $16-$18 plus bonuses
