Role Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant to support our consulting and client service operations. This role is ideal for candidates looking for a flexible schedule while working in a professional, client-facing environment. The position does not require cold calling — instead, you will assist with client communication, coordination of deliverables, preparation of materials, and internal workflow support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients through email, phone, or virtual meetings
  • Assist with onboarding and client documentation
  • Draft reports, review correspondence, and maintain CRM records
  • Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables
  • Provide administrative support in investment or advisory projects
  • Support client relationship management and service quality

A Typical Day Includes

  • Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Organizing digital files and correspondence
  • Supporting project coordination efforts
  • Preparing updates or follow-up summaries after meetings
  • Tracking tasks and maintaining organized workflows

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in administrative, client service, or professional support roles preferred (not required)

Schedule & Flexibility

  • 20–25 hours per week
  • Working hours must fall between 9 AM and 5 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Flexibility in selecting days/times within that window

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
  • High School diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
