Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.

- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
