Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Removable Dental Technician to join our laboratory team. The primary responsibility for this role is the expert finishing of dentures to ensure a high-quality, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing result for patients.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the following essential duties:
Denture Finishing: Performing all stages of denture finishing, including trimming, contouring, polishing, and quality inspection of completed dentures and partials to meet the highest standards of function and aesthetics.
Quality Control: Rigorously inspecting work to ensure compliance with prescription requirements, material specifications, and laboratory protocols.
Material Management: Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and managing inventory of finishing materials.
Highly Desirable Skills & Experience
While the main focus is finishing, we highly value and strongly prefer candidates who can also perform the following duties:
Denture Repairs: Expertly completing various types of denture repairs, including fixing fractures, replacing teeth, and relines/rebasing, efficiently and accurately.
Denture Set-Ups: Performing anatomical and aesthetic set-ups of denture teeth for full and partial dentures, adhering to occlusal and phonetic requirements.
Denture Processing: Executing the processing phase of dentures, including investing, wax elimination, packing, and polymerization of acrylic materials.
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience as a Dental Technician specializing in removable prosthetics.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
