Position Overview
SRCOG LLC DBA Shining Rock Golf Club is seeking dependable, motivated, and team-oriented dishwashers to join our culinary team. The Dishwasher plays a critical support role in our kitchen operations. This position ensures the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment, dishware, and food preparation areas, helping maintain the high standards expected at Shining Rock Golf Club. This is an ideal role for someone dependable who works well in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of teamwork.
Part time positions are positions that work less than 29 hours a week
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dish station, and storage areas
- Properly operate and maintain dishwashing equipment
- Assist with trash removal and recycling
- Support kitchen team with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain organized storage of clean dishes and equipment
- Uphold Alliance Golf standards of professionalism and work ethic
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (restaurant experience a plus)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
