About the Role
Dream Hollywood Rooftop is seeking energetic, service-driven Servers to join our team. This is a high-touch hospitality role in a vibrant outdoor rooftop environment where guest experience is always the top priority. We are looking for individuals who bring warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding hospitality by providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
Greet guests promptly and guide them through menu offerings, specials, and beverage selections
Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming section at all times
Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Uphold company service standards and contribute to a positive team culture
Qualifications
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (restaurant, hotel, or rooftop/lounge experience a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in an outdoor environment and in varying weather conditions
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting
Must have open availability for breakfast, brunch, and lunch shifts
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry trays, plates, and supplies (up to 25 lbs)
Comfortable working in an outdoor rooftop environment
