Marina/Beach Attendant

We’re now accepting applications for seasonal Marina / Beach Attendants to work 20–30 hours per week May - October. In this role, you'll assist members and guests with rental equipment and marina activities, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment at the marina and beach areas.

Position Details:

• Seasonal position through October
   
• Shifts are 8–10 hours, Monday – Sunday 9am – 8pm 
   
• Starting pay: $15 per hour plus tips
   
• Must be at least 16 years old

Essential Job Functions:

• Assists guests with rental equipment and marina activities.
• Operates daily boating events and performs public speaking duties, as required.
• Performs routine daily maintenance and cleanliness of all boats, marina, and facilities. 
• Ensures that marina and rental usage rules are followed by resort members, guests, and other associates. 
• Performs other related duties as directed by the Marina Supervisor and Outdoor Venue Manager.

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions to ensure proper rental usage and equipment handling.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to work as a team member.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Handles revenue transactions and follows all cash handling procedures per company policies.

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to talk, hear and speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Must be able to endure long periods of sitting, standing or walking in a hot, humid environment up to 8+hours a day.
• Will be occasionally required to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping and use hands and fingers to handle, or feel.
