Transportation Driver

We are seeking a reliable and courteous Transportation Driver to provide safe and comfortable transportation services for residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport residents to and from appointments, shopping trips, outings, and other scheduled activities

- Assist residents with boarding and alighting from the vehicle as needed

- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transportation

- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe travel

- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents or concerns

- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and family members as required

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Proven experience as a transportation driver or similar role preferred

- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to assist residents with mobility and provide compassionate service

- Dependable, punctual, and responsible

- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

- Physical ability to assist residents with mobility if necessary
