Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Value Management (TVM) Project Manager to lead the Tech Spend in the Business program. The role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end program delivery, governance adoption, financial impact realization, and milestone execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive AI-enabled spend analysis, vendor transition initiatives, and enterprise-wide governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of the Tech Spend in the Business initiative.

  • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and milestone tracking.

  • Ensure successful delivery through structured governance and project management discipline.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders across technology and business teams.

  • Coordinate with ETS, GSM, UCIO teams, Business Units, and AI product teams.

  • Facilitate discussions to determine technology spend treatment and governance alignment.

Governance & Financial Oversight

  • Support the implementation of enterprise governance frameworks for technology spending.

  • Ensure financial impact tracking and reporting related to the TVM initiative.

  • Drive alignment between business units and technology teams regarding vendor ownership and spend management.

Vendor & Spend Transition Management

  • Manage the transition of vendor ownership from business units to technology teams.

  • Track the end-to-end spend transition process and ensure smooth operational handover.

  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders during the transition process.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and manage program status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

  • Track and manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

  • Conduct weekly meetings, manage agendas, track action items, and document meeting minutes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management within technology or financial services environments.

  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise initiatives involving cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of technology spend management, vendor governance, or financial oversight programs.

  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Strong risk management, reporting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Technology Value Management (TVM) or IT financial management initiatives.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics or technology spend analysis platforms.

  • Experience working with enterprise governance frameworks and vendor management programs.

  • Background in financial services or banking environments.

$65 - $70 Hourly Wage
