Position Summary
Bull’s Bridge Golf Club is seeking an experienced service-focused server to help daily operations of our clubhouse dining facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member and guest dining experience, collaborating with the culinary team, and ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the season.
Responsibilities
- Serve breakfast (Friday–Sunday), lunch, dinner, and member events.
- Maintain high service standards and a warm, welcoming environment for members and guests.
- Ensure cleanliness, health, and safety standards are consistently upheld.
- Address member feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Use Northstar point-of-sale systems
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality at private club
- Strong organizational, and communication skills.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service.
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Solid knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- ServSafe and/or alcohol service certification preferred.
