Key Responsibilities:

- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a neat and healthy appearance

- Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, fertilizing, and weed control

- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers

- Assist with landscape installation and seasonal clean-up projects

- Follow safety procedures and ensure equipment is used properly

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project expectations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required

- Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently

- Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

- Valid driver’s license may be required for equipment operation and transportation

Compensation Structure:

• Training Pay: Minimum $18/hour (based on experience)
• Post-Training Pay (Commission Based):
  • 21% for Drivers
  • 19% for Helpers

Our Lawn Maintenance Crew Members work Monday-Friday and start their day at our office/warehouse located at 11936 Barker Cypress Rd. Cypress, Texas 77433, with the occasional Saturday to make up for any missed work during the week. Saturdays are also available to any Lawn Maintenance Worker who wants to maximize their earning potential!

• At least 1 year of lawn maintenance experience
• Valid Driver’s License held for a minimum of 5 years
• Must have own personal vehicle (no company vehicle provided)
• Punctual and reliable
•  Bilingual (Preferred)
