Job Summary:
The Business Development and Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing brand visibility for Invictus Global Services, Inc. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, skilled communicator, and creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, strategic alliances, and client contracts.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
    • Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.
  • Marketing:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Invictus Global Services, Inc.’s brand, services, and value proposition.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, website content, and social media campaigns.
    • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
    • Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase the company’s expertise and network with industry professionals.
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and materials.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the leadership team to align business development and marketing strategies with company goals.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members in business development and marketing activities.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media advertising).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
